1. 'Good morning' exercise. To be performed every day.
2. Put yourself in a positive environment.
3. Treat yourself.
4. Send kind thoughts to yourself. To be performed at odd moments.
If you give yourself a chance, like I did, and suspend your disbelief for a few months, then the results will be truly startling. Just TRY the method for a while. Don't try and rationalise it or worry about HOW it could possibly work, just TRY. You have a huge amount to gain and almost nothing to lose.
With those odds, only a fool would spend too much time worrying about HOW the system worked!
