1. Watch your language! Never say "I can't do that."

3. Grab every opportunity which is going.
4. Set yourself the two I-Can goals:
"I can achieve anything I want, the whole world of opportunity
is open to me."
"Every day I am becoming more positive. I am eliminating negative thoughts and feelings."
5. Use goal-setting to tackle particular I-Can'ts.
