Q. What is an eBook?
A. An eBook is exactly like an ordinary paper book, except you read it on your computer.

Q. Do I need any other software to read your eBooks?
A. No. The download contains its own reader software.

Q. Why can't I see past the third chapter?
A. Every eBook needs a unique unlock code to open later chapters of the book, which is different for every download, and different for every computer. If you have paid, then simply email me for the (free) unlock code. You can then read the eBook on that computer, forever.

Q. Can I move your eBook to another computer?
A. You can, but you will need a different (free) unlock code for every different computer. Simply email me for another (free) unlock code. You can then read the eBook on that computer, forever.
This enables you to have a different copy at work, on a laptop - wherever you like.

Q. Is my computer compatible with your eBooks?
A. If you can view this website, then your computer will probably be compatible.
Why not try the trial eBook from our free download page? This is provided for you to check compatibility, and to see if you like the material.

Q. Do I need to be connected to the internet to read your eBooks?
A. No. The download will place a file on your desktop, which you may open at any time with your internet connection either on or off.

Q. I have downloaded your eBook, but I have 'lost' it in my computer. How do I find it?
A. Easy. 'Search' for 'innercirclebook.exe'. If you totally lose it, email me to arrange another (free) download.

Q. Will my details be passed on to others, resulting in loads of unwanted emails?
A. Your e-mail address is totally safe -- we will never reveal it to any other party, for any reason. Your banking details are only seen by the bank! We don't send e-mails unless you ask.

Q. How long will the Inner Circle download take over a 56k Modem?
A. Less than 5 minutes and well worth the wait! (Less than 30 seconds on broadband)

Q. What if I want to read your book printed on paper?
A. Sorry - I can't help you here. This book is over 520, A4 pages long, and, call me daft - but I care too much for what's left of this planet to aid its downfall. This version is absolutely unique and cannot be bought elsewhere. If I allowed the book to be printed, the pirates would have it in moments, and then I wouldn't be here any longer to sell it to you. - Sorry.

Q. How safe is it to purchase on the internet?
A. Internet purchases are now safer than most other purchases. Your details are all gathered together and sent in one encrypted burst, directly to the banks computer. Almost every other type of purchase requires you to show your banking details to a person, and leaves a paper record of the transaction.
Just as with any other purchase, if you go to someone disreputable with your money you may have problems.
I care very much for my reputation and do everything I can to ensure that my customers are satisfied. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with my service, you may go directly to either your bank, or to PayPal to get a satisfactory resolution to your problem. I am assured that they almost always side with the customer (you), not the supplier (me).
